Washington Coachworks were mentioned in the December edition of EVO Magazine for the work we carried out on a Lamborghini Countach owned by the magazine’s editor, Harry Metcalfe.
“…the rear boot-lid was whisked over to Washington Coachworks in Sussex to have the fixing holes for the daft rear spoiler filled and repainted to remove all evidence of it ever being fitted. The bill came to a reasonable £450 and I’m glad to say the new paint matches the rest of the car perfectly.”
Since then the car has won the post-’74 class at this year’s London Concours d’Elegance held at the Hurlingham Club in Chelsea. Congratulations Harry!
